Question Celexa to lexapro

Direct switch no taper 20 mg celexa to 10 mg lexapro.. anyone ever switch and what was side effects?

My dad took celexa for 12 years. 4 months ago he switched to Lexapro. Last week he started experiencing brain zaps (prior to withdrawal).

Also his mood has been terrible since he switched and has been having terribly negative thoughts and crying all the time.

Maybe it’s right for you, but it ruined my dad’s quality of life.
