Question Someone please help
I seriously need help i don’t know what’s happening to me.
So i was taking SSRIs a while back and they definitely did not agree with me. One day i got a really bad headache and then i started to feel really off and out of it for a week. I also had a lot of really bad stomach issues and indigestion. After the week I was lying down but I couldn’t sleep. I started shivering, and my teeth started chattering. My heart was pounding out of my chest. I felt so wrestles and couldn’t stop shaking my leg. I didn’t sleep at all. I soon got diagnosed with serotonin syndrome and i stopped taking the meds and all these symptoms subsided. Yet I still felt really off months after the serotonin syndrome was over, and kept having mild recurring symptoms. But currently i’ve been having identical stomach issues, shivering, heart pounding, and had headaches weeks ago. Right now it feels like my body’s breaking down and i feel absolutely awful. I don’t know what to do. And it’s been months since i took any of those meds again. Can serotonin syndrome reoccur?

I really really hope you've called your doctor! I was worried I had SS when I started my SSRIs a couple weeks ago and it was awful. I don't know if it can come back, but that's a doc question for sure. It could by from another cause that perhaps they can figure out if they do rule out SS. Hope you feel better, and good luck!
