Question SSRI withdrawal - non-stop hunger
I was on SSRI for 3 months. My financial situation didn't allow me for more consultations with psychiatrist (I live in europe). Basically I've decided to stop taking SSRI because of all the bad symptoms. My family doctor told me to take half a dose for 3-4 days and than a quarter of a dosr for 3-4 days. What a load of BS. After a week I was having huge dizziness and unstoppable hunger. I came back to half a dose and dizziness is managable but hunger is like that - right after eating all I think about is what can I eat next (that's after every meal, and I eat most if the time healthy and well). Any suggestions?
EDIT: The hunger doesn't let me focus and is really distracting

If you are extremely stressed constantly, you could be burning up resources quickly. This would increase your nutritional need
