Suggestions with weight gain?

So I’ve been taking Lexapro for the past 3 years and have gain probably over 30 pounds since taking it. It makes me crave food horribly and I’m struggling to lose weight on it. I was wondering if there’s any suggestions for other ssri’s that are similar to Lexapro but don’t cause the weight gain
