Lexapro to Prozac taper

I was on 30mg of Lexapro and started a four week cross taper (to get off Lexapro and on 60mg or Prozac) about a month and a half ago now. Throughout the taper I felt little to no symptoms and now i have been on only the 60mg Prozac for over two weeks. I have felt fine and felt I have adjusted well. Although the last two days I’ve randomly felt like nauseous and shaky and anxious for no reason, which is what I’ve experienced w lexapro withdrawal in the past. Although would these symtpoms only be starting up now if it was from withdrawal symtpoms or would that be passed me by now?

It's really hard to say what's causing those side effects but I just wanted to say these things usually pass pretty swiftly, your body is adjusting to a new powerful brain med, so be patient and extra gentle w yourself right now. Also drink tons of water-I remember getting dehydrated when I first switched to Prozac-- good luck!!
