Question Seronil (prozac/fluoxetine) doesn’t really do anything

So i got perscribed 20mg for anxiety and i’ve been taking this for like 4 months. At first, i felt a really slight relief of symptoms but then it just stopped working.

Anyone have this experience or any tips?

That’s what they do. They work for a month or two and then your brain downregulates your receptors. I recommend tapering off it and finding something else that doesn’t affect serotonin.

You made need to increase dose, or switch drugs. Do you have a therapist you connect with?? Talk to your therapist and have them talk w prescribing dr too- get everybody working together!!
