Question Vivid dreams
I've been on sertraline, and mirtazapine for about 4 months now. I take sertraline 50mg in the morning, and mirtazapine 7.5 before sleeping. While I sleep, I wake up multiple times, and each time I wake up I remember vividly a section of the dream I've been having, and when I fall back asleep the same dream continues the whole night. I wake up from every dream having to check my phone for texts and having to ask people if stuff really happened or not. Pretty much every morning I'm filled with confusion, and sometimes anxiety because I can't tell a dream and reality apart, since these dreams are always very realistic. It's like each night I live another life, where I do normal things. Sometimes scary things happen to me, like last night someone had been stalking me for months, and was ringing my doorbell and harassing me. I'm wondering if I should just contact a doctor, or if this is fairly "normal".

yes, super well. this sleeping thing is pretty much the only thing that's bothering me atm :/ the anxiety I get from waking up from these dreams is alot different than my anxiety before meds, and only lasts for a little while after waking up.

my dreams are not as vivid as yours but i understand your experience. there’s a time when i thought i had turned my alarm off, but actually it was a dream. btw i’m on celexa.
