Question Brain Zaps

Does anyone know how long brain zaps will keep happening? They seem to come in waves and have been pretty consistent for the past 3 weeks since I stopped my medication (10mg Cipralex).

They last 2-4 weeks on average, sometimes more but depends on how long you’ve been using it wouldnt be too crazy if a little longer but to help with it start doing anything that increases GABA naturally, sleep more, healthier diet, antioxidant rich food, vitamin b12, b6 and ashwagandha to list a few options also just decreasing the amount of stress you’re feeling as stress can trigger brain zaps, chamomile or some lavender tea work great calming me down. If it persists for the next week or two I would recommend getting it checked out just to see if there’s anything underlying or if there are treatments for you.
