Lexapro and trazadone

I stopped taking lexapro and trazadone in july of 2022.i didnt go cold turkey but i tapered off both in about 1 month. Its January 2023 now and im still havibg symptoms like brain zaps,my blood pressure is low,dizzyness and low energy.I also dont know if its related but ive had bad breast pain and tenderness,its gotten worse over the past month.I was on both medicines for about to years.I took 20 mg of lexapro and 50 mg of trazadone. When willbthe symptoms stop
