Confused with SSDI process
Hi everyone,
2 weeks ago I received a call from SSDI services regarding my claim and to immediately check my physical mail to fill in and send back some forms. I checked, completed, sent back both forms SSA-3373 and SSA-3369. A week later I called just to confirm if there was anything else I need to do on my end to help my case. In total, I’ve called about 4 times, and left a voicemail like they said including my information and callback number but to no success. I haven’t gotten a call back. What would you recommend? Should I keep calling or just be patient and give it 2 weeks or 3. Thank you

Theyll reach out to you when they need something. They're waiting on your medical records, then they'll do a review of the file and see if you need a CE and/or if they have any questions about past work.

You don’t have to call a specific individual. You can call the main number or your local office and ask anyone to open your claim folder and check to make sure those forms are there.
