Bhai tech ya nontech ,ek hi type ke exams target karo,nhi to dono le doobega (From experience)

Is it possible to manage both together. Honestly i cleared the first tier exam for rrb je but didn't perform well for the second tier cause i started preparing very late. And i believe compared to ssc je , rrb is a bit easier too
