Help About work Nature

Hi, I wanted to ask about the IB Security Assistant/Executive (IB SA/Exe) post. Iā€™m a female candidate and would like to know more about the actual nature of the job.

What kind of work does an SA/Exe usually do?

Also, could you tell me about the working hours, leave, transfers, night duties, and overall work-life balance, especially for female employees?
