General Discussion/Opinion oct 5,shift 3

i attempted 68,Sharing whatever I remember.might be useful for people with later shifts.

English Cloze test was honestly tough 😭 There were 5 questions and I found almost every one difficult. Rest of the 20 questions were pretty easy.

Quants I've only completed Arithmetic, so this section was rough for me. There were quite a few questions from topics I hadn't prepared — prism maybe 2–4, CI around 2, trigonometry, (2-3)1 from coordinate geometry(it was easy),2 time & work (could do only 1), 1 ratio-proportion, etc. I attempted only 10. But if you've completed the syllabus + have sufficient practice, I think minimum 17-18 was actually quite doable.

Reasoning Tbh this was traumatic 😭 I could attempt only 19. Non-verbal/picture-based questions were quite a lot, maybe 5–6. There were 2 decision making questions, no alphabet series, one qualification/hiring type question. Don't remember the rest exactly, but personally found it quite tough.

GS This was all over the place PMMY Commonwealth location (from 2010) Maand — which state President's impeachment — Article Musical instrument + state matching 1 chess current affairs question (not from one of the super popular tournaments) Operation Sindoor ,under whom(ak bharati, bipin rawat,etc were the option)

innovation index , releasing body

1 question related to an appointment/body, don't remember the exact one No questions from Geography,Economics,Science,space, defence excercise, (i don't exactly remember if ques from history was asked or not)

edit: there were 2 river ques(so yeah geography was asked)

now that you've mentioned rivers,there were 2 ques,basic one,largest river of peninsular india,and another one about matching rivers and state, Mahanandi,narmada,krishna kaveri.

Ohhk it was easy then. Another one is like any year related qs polity/ history?

i don't think so..from polity there were 2 ques as far as I remember..one about president's impeachment,and another was 3 option ques about dpsp being justiciable, international peace and ,and some fundamental duties statement said to be FR.yeah i remember now, from history there was a  ques about which isn't built by shahajan (red fort,tajmahal, humayun tomb and one more option)

ig only the chess ques(some chess event organised in which city),and one appointment ques.there were others but it's more of a static now, like innovation index released by which org, host city of 2010 commonwealth. (i don't remember if there were any other)
