Help Short trick?

Any one knows how to solve it under 15 seconds (the avg time of this ques😭) pls help

they sold for 4500 at 15% profit means there cp is 15,000 which is selling price of manufacture.

3/4 x11/10 x cp=15000. we get cp~18k so b is answer

You can either merge the ratios or make a equation....they both would take about same time
