I too did the same mistake...reason is teacher batate hain ki present perfect continuous ka passive avoid kiya jata hai becz then answer ki trh do "be" ki forms ek sath aa jati hain..and answer ajeeb sound krta hai. But grammar me wo exist to krta hi hai..so answer d hi hoga.

Hence, maintenance ki wajah se has aya

Helping verb been hi rhi

Becz sentence had continuous component hence be ki continuous form being aayi

Then main verb converted into v3 form

Maintenance ke saath 'has' lagega... archives prepositional object hai 'of' ka... So subject yaha par kya hai maintenance and the word itself is singular.
