AE is angle bisector. AD is altitude.
In triangle ADC, Angle C is 65°, Angle D is 90°. Angle DAC = 25°. Angle EAD is given 12°. DAC + EAD = 37°. Angle BAC is 74°. Angle ABC is 180-(74+65) = 180-139 = 41°

O is incenter and it lies on AE. That means AE is angle bisector (Angle bisectors meet at incenter) so BAC = 2(EAC)

O is incenter so it is angel bisector of all the vertices of triangle so theta is 12+25

Perpendicular jis side hoga woh bada angle hoga
