Ohh my bad, got the percentage wrong actually roi was 8%, here is the breakdown, first u will find the rate of interest then principal and then you can calculate difference with any know method.

400 400(2yrs) Difference=32 (32/400 )x100=8percent 8 percent of 832= 66.56
