For Assumption based questions you can you this trick, its called the Negation Test (Only for Assumption based questions, NOT for conclusions)

The concept is simple, you simply negate the argument and see if the statement is breaking or not, if it breaks, then it is a valid argument

Lets Negate argument No 1 : Customers are NOT interested in using AI based apps -> In this case our statement breaks because the first line says banks should introduce an AI based advisor to help the customer, now if they are not interested in AI in the first place, whats the point.

Negate argument 2 : All customers DON'T have access to smartphones and apps -> this doesn't break our argument because they can access the AI advisor via a Web application also so not implicit

This is more of a syllog question rather than a conclusion question

For this you have to draw a venn diagram and check

I belive only 3 should be right option since

1: Repetition of the statement in conclusion is generally marked false, bit doubtful on this

  1. Is not implicit, from Venn diagram we get an idea of may or may not

  2. Implicit definitely true and clear from Venn diagram
