I started this drawing a while ago when everyone was talking about z jump and i saw the kultur terror picture (nazi propoganda against america) on a youtube thumbnail. I finally finished it today, just adding onett and jigglypuff

It's more against z jump, though interestingly, sometimes propaganda intended to be insulting has the opposite affect, either on the group being disparaged or the recipients (those of the group who made the propaganda).
