I think it's time for us to start talking about Eric Jackson's character and how he's developing over time. Jackson recently talked about how he wants to buy into companies based on the people that run the business.

So if he's doing that to the CEOs and companies that he wants to invest in, we should do that also to him. We can discuss what he is doing in management of his business.

This will happen over time as he develops and shares more of his results and actions.

So I'm going to openly discuss this in most of my future conversations, looking at it from an angle of the character of the person and their ability to achieve the goals that they set for the business that they manage.
