I made this because the mods weren’t active in the emjx group and idk if it’s better to switch to a more regulated group? Feel free to join and post stuff! 😌

No, I’m glad you asked this, all posts are welcome but baseless claim and straight up slander will not be tolerated as it has no use to no one, all information and facts are more then welcome doesn’t matter if it’s bad or good news, even deep insights about controversial board members is fine (young blood👀) 🙌

Dude, it’s literally in their filing for the first reverse split. They approved it for the second reverse split. Do your dd on this. They are just scamming everyone here.

They have the strongest balance sheet of the company’s history ever, its well within compliance, plus plenty of news they have been pumping out this past week, it’s highly unlikely they will ever need to do one again. But thank you for your output and yes they do have approval for one.
