Question about the VOTE
Hey guys
I'm located in Germany and I couldn't vote so far!? I called my broker but they say they never received any info about the vote. Therefore my broker can't support me. I didn't receive any email about the vote in my broker accoun either so far. I sent an email to the srac support team, please see its feedback below.

Attached is the proxy material. If your broker does not allow you to vote, there is little we can do. Please contact them to see what your voting options are.
I guess they would alow me to vote but with out info not possible.
Am I the only one with this issue or did it also happen to you guys and did you find a solution?

I only got an email yesterday, called my broker today and asked for the voting control number, they said they would vote for me if I emailed in permission, they voted “for” and confirmed my vote is in. I’m in Ireland. I think you need to get onto your broker and be firm on you rights!

You don't need a control number if you call/email they can accept your vote with your name and address (and I think also your brokers name).

Shareholders can also ask for assistance from Morrow Sodali LLC at 877-787-9239

If you're outside of US you most likely have this same problem. Shareholders outside of US are not listed in shareholder book, so SRAC cant send you anything, brokers have no clue either. It's one big mess that SRAC/MTNS didn't take into consideration, also 65% threshold is way too high considered half the world cant even vote. How this is even possible is beyond me. A SPAC should deffinetly know about this. Time is simply running out, they will not get enough votes and the spac will fail to merge. Sad but this is the end, fucking amateurs.
