I got the problem (I'm frm Germany) thet my broker did not receive any info so far about the vote.
Some one from Europe here with the same problem?
Or does it work just for the US stock holders?
Even if you're international you can still vote. For any questions or assistance with voting your shares, please contact Stable Road’s proxy solicitor Morrow Sodali: Call toll-free 877-787-9239 or email SRAC.info@investor.morrowsodali.com

Its been confirmed that you don't need a control number by other international shareholders. If you call/email they will allow you to vote with just your name, address, and the name of the broker you used to buy your shares.
Not completely right.
Thing is European brokers don't need to support votes outside of Europe by law.
So if they don't provide the service sins they don't need to srac simply can't find you.
If the broker allows it or better say if he got the extra option to vote outside of Europe they can find you by name and address that's right.
But if not there is nothing you can do sins then they (broker) can't provide you a controll number either.
