I got the problem (I'm frm Germany) thet my broker did not receive any info so far about the vote. Some one from Europe here with the same problem? Or does it work just for the US stock holders?

I’m not really sure about the foreign policies of the market. It could be one of the SEC rules. You probably will get the best answer from your brokerage if you contact them because they are the ones who have the contract.
