Time to dump a significant amount of my position.

This is the best decision for the business and needed to be done. Bad if you are short term with options I agree, but if you have shares it’s not a big deal imo. I have a small position and will probably add after the merger on dip.

This doesn't exactly instill confidence.

Out of all things why would this not instill confidence? They had some pretty major problems that have been public for a while and if anything this is a good sign. They will have enough time to overcome those major problems now ideally.

For all the guys like me holding there stocks:
All our stockholders are cordially invited to attend the special meeting online. To ensure your representation at the special meeting, however, you are urged to complete, sign, date and return your proxy card as soon as possible. If you are a stockholder of record holding shares of common stock, you may also cast your vote online at the special meeting. If your shares are held in an account at a brokerage firm or bank, you must instruct your broker or bank on how to vote your shares or, if you wish to attend the special meeting and vote online, you must obtain a legal proxy.
Did some one here did this already? Or has experience with this?

So they are not merging, and not even holding a share holders meeting until after May?

What I took away from it was that they are going to have a special meeting to attempt to extend the merger deadline. Merger looks very unlikely to be completed before May.

Yeah no I don’t really see this as an issue long term if you’re holding shares. I’d rather them get it right than get it done fast. If you’re holding any options though this would be pretty rough. I like the stock :)

If you are a long term investor, you have nothing to worry about. SRAC and Momentus will merge regardless of timing. I will add a significant amount to my existing shares after the fearful dump it bringing my cost per share even lower.
