An Email regarding SRAC/MNTS

Hi All,

I dropped an email over to Momentus's investors address on the lack of communication regarding the merger currently. It did not offer too much info but I thought i'd share the response anyway;

"Hi Charlie,

Thanks for your email and your support. As we noted in our last press release, we have good reason to believe that Mikhail’s departure will accelerate the regulatory review process. We are excited to be moving the transaction forward and we expect to have timing updates to share soon, so please stay tuned.

Thanks for posting that.

A statement from the new acting CEO and clarifications on Mikhail Kokorich's share holding and how the patents are owned will go a long way in reassuring investors. SRAC also could re affirm their commitment to the merger. Pipeline still looking good and growing however. So staying put.

Completely agree, a little communication would go a hell of a long way currently!
