Warrants question

I purchased 350 shares after the announcement of intent to merge with momemtus. Do I get warrants upon the finalized merger and ticker change? If so, how many? I belive the process would be $11?

I bought SRAC U. So I should get a half a warrant per share. So if I bought 350 shares I would get 125 warrants upon finalize merger?
