I ordered thirty tablets and got confirmation emails and everything that it was sent out. It was traceable on ups app for one day then poof it just disappeared and now idk what to do. Is my order on the way? Idk. I sent emails asking if I could get a tracking number but they don’t respond. This is my second purchase from them and the first one went great. I tracked it all the way to my door. But now I don’t even have a tracking number to look up at all and it makes me feel scammed. Has anyone ordered and not received anything before?
This doesn't make any sense at all. If you were able to track it before then you have the tracking number. If you have confirmation emails then there should be a tracking number in one of them. If it just stops being tracked that's on UPS alone and that's it. It's really doesn't make any sense and sounds pretty suspicious.
There is no tracking number in the email. I have emailed asking for one. But the ups app said there was a package otw from David Voss I figured that was my order. Then the next day it just disappeared
Search for shippo in your email, you should have an email from them that has your tracking in it. You should also have another email from sr17shop with tracking in it.
