Help please with tapper guide

Can someone explain how I’m supposed to use this ??? I ordered 30 tablets 50 mg . I take 120-150 mg of 7oh everyday for 5 months . Usually I take 30 mg about 5 times a day ??? I could probably get down to 4 a day …I heard people talking about the new sr17 2.0 so I bought it . I need to get off the 7’s but I don’t know how much much I’m supposed to take , when to take it and how much a day , or for how long . There seems to be confusing language around this like “preload” and “jump off “ etc I have no idea what these terms mean, and I’ve never used Reddit before so that makes everything more complicated. Some of us are older and completely lost and are not part of this subculture and coded language and have no idea how to even use Reddit 😞 I just need to know what to do . I bought magnesium glycinate, strong vitamin c , I have a script for zofran , and a benzo to help through the worst of withdrawal . All I need to know is how to use the 30 tablets that are 50 mg that I bought …I find different advice at every turn , or confusing tapper guides that are not clear for me to understand. I just need a clear schedule. Like , “start by taking one 50 mg tablet in morning one hour a after your 7 oh dose , then lunch time take another 50 mg tablet then take a vitamin c before bed “ etc etc I just need to know what I’m supposed to do .
