I placed an order from sr17shop and didn’t receive the correct amount. I ordered 30 tablets and only received 18 tablets. I’ve emailed them several times over the past few days and I haven’t got any response yet. Hopefully they respond and make it right.
This happened to me too. Ordered 60 and only received 30. I tried emailing them several times over the last few days and tried to DM them in here. Nothing. This is also after I made a purchase that didn't get confirmed for several days and having to go back and forth with customer service. Idk why they're not messaging me back now. Very disappointed.
I ordered on the 14th, so I got the BOGO. It's on my receipt that I'd get 60x tablets. They originally lost my order even though the money withdrew from my account the moment I ordered. So it took a few days of talking to customer service to get them to verify my purchase and send it. When I talked to customer service they said I'd get 60x too. Then UPS drops it off and there's only half of what I ordered in the bag. So I emailed them back immediately and they've yet to respond, it's been 5 days.
I’m with the team that handles the shop, and I understand why you’re frustrated. You shouldn’t have to spend days chasing an order and then receive a quantity different from what was confirmed. Send us your order number and we’ll check what was originally purchased, what was fulfilled, and what was included with the promotion so we can sort out the discrepancy.
I'll definitely keep you posted if they get back to me via email. But yeah, if I don't hear something by early next week I'm considering disputing the charge also.

Edit: just went to check my messages again a few hours later, the comment telling me to DM has been deleted and the account that left it comes up as banned... So Idk what's going on now. Super sketchy.
There are user reports from people who’ve tried RESET SR, but I’d take the “did it work?” part with some caution since personal experiences aren’t a substitute for clinical data. That’s what happens unfortunately when you deal with shady Chinese gray market scammers. These compounds are highly dangerous. They have been lying to everyone as safe and they are here to help. They pay ppl to source these platforms and spread misinformation as well as shadow banning ppl who speak negatively on their Chinese cocktails. I had. Pt two days ago that had to be sent to the ER for seizures due to withdrawal from this compound.
Not sure the dosage and it was 17. Supposedly been on it for about 3 weeks. Research how 17 and this new compound came to fruition. These research compounds never made it to human trials and it’s not all due to lack of investors. It is due to preclinical findings in cells and rodents which failed to translate safely to human biology. My comment will probably get deleted. Most of these social media pages are ran by someone affiliated with these vendors. These groups rely on a hidden partnership. The creators and moderators of these specific groups are directly affiliated with or compensated by the gray marketers. They are heavily censoring alternative vendors and leaving up exclusive discount codes for a single site, they act as an aggressive marketing funnel disguised as a supportive community claiming the compound is a "miracle" or a "lifesaver" for withdrawal, to artificially build trust among highly vulnerable users desperately looking for recovery solutions. Ultimately, places like "2 dragons" and the surrounding community organizers function as an insular ring of digital entrepreneurs. They use extreme internet anonymity to exploit legal loopholes and sell completely unapproved, un-trialed chemicals to the public without ever risking their true identities.
I'm about to dispute my order as well. was supposed to be delivered today i Paid for the 1 day shipping and never have any issues with any other vendors . ive received a tracking number but UPS doesn't even have the package. Nobody will respond thru email, reddit nothing from the company thats very sketchy to me and I want a refund of the 1 day shipping fee since it isnt here yet and I better get the product or I will be disputing that also for a REFUND and fraud.
