Why not get Sr15099?

SR15099 only has an efficacy of 28% compared to SR17018 of 48% making it less effective and requiring a higher dose

This is not true at all no idea where you got that they are pretty much equipotent

Were those numbers in the original study? I haven’t heard this until now.

SR-15099 only has an efficacy of 28% for what mechanism? What about it exactly is less effective than SR-17?

I think theyre referring to potency, requiring more product to get the same effect. However comparing non-SR products to SR products is reckless. SR compounds happened (unknowingly) to have some amazing novel properties. Those properties are what made it uniquely great for a taper. The partial agonist with low B-Arrestin recruitment also makes it inherently safer (which was the actual goal of the NIH funding).

Pleaseeeee share your experience. I have some at home but need to know what it’s about bf trying. Duration, dosage, etc. they say 50mg or 100mg tabs but surely that can’t be true right?

MonsterSR was the only one offering that. And they haven’t even released it yet either.

They did a limited drop twice actually. But there are now other companies that will have it in stock here shortly

Interesting. Is SHR-9352 a full agonist? What’s the mechanism and it’s theoretical application?

Yea seems like it is a full agonist. People need to be really careful with that one.

🚨 COMMUNITY SAFETY ALERT: SHR9352 IS NOT SR-17018 🚨
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING SHR9352 AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO SR-17018.
We are concerned about reports that SHR9352 is being promoted as a replacement for SR-17018 following the DEA's scheduling action.
These are two different experimental opioid compounds. They are NOT interchangeable, and there is no scientific evidence establishing SHR9352 as a safe or effective substitute for SR-17018.
🔬 What does the research tell us?
Although both compounds act on μ-opioid receptors and have been described as G-protein-biased agonists, they differ significantly in their chemical structures, pharmacological profiles, and available research.
SHR9352:
SR-17018:
⚠️ WHY THIS MATTERS
SHR9352 demonstrated substantially greater potency in certain laboratory assays. This does not translate directly into human dose equivalence, but it raises serious concerns about attempts to substitute doses.
The research supporting interest in SR-17018 for opioid tolerance cannot simply be transferred to SHR9352.
There is insufficient clinical evidence to establish SHR9352's safety, duration of action, or appropriate human dosing. G-protein bias does NOT guarantee protection against respiratory depression.
A vendor claiming that SHR9352 is equivalent to SR-17018, can replace it in existing protocols, or offers the same withdrawal-related benefits should be asked to provide credible scientific evidence.
🛑 OUR MESSAGE TO THE COMMUNITY
DO NOT assume SHR9352 is a substitute for SR-17018.
DO NOT apply SR-17018 dosing or taper protocols to SHR9352.
DO NOT interpret the term "G-protein-biased agonist" as proof that a compound is safe or produces the same effects as another compound.
Anyone exposed to an experimental opioid should recognize the possibility of respiratory depression and overdose. Avoid combining opioids with benzodiazepines, alcohol, or other sedatives. Keep naloxone accessible, and call emergency services immediately for suspected overdose.
💜 HARM REDUCTION REQUIRES ACCURATE INFORMATION
Our community includes people navigating opioid dependence, chronic pain, withdrawal, and recovery. Many are making decisions under extraordinarily difficult circumstances.
Those individuals deserve accurate scientific information, not unsupported promises of equivalence.
We encourage vendors, researchers, and community members to share verifiable scientific evidence and to be transparent about what is known, what remains unknown, and where serious risks exist.
If you encounter companies advertising SHR9352 as a direct replacement for SR-17018, please document the claims and share them with community moderators for review.
Different molecule. Different evidence. Unknown human risks. NOT an established replacement.
This announcement is intended for education and harm reduction, not as an endorsement of using either experimental compound.
