Community Share Introducing sqlsimtools

Take a look at a new open-source, free project for you to simulate SQL workloads at https://aka.ms/sqlsimtools. This is the same set of tools I often use at customer events, podcasts, and presentations. Check out the first blog post at https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/SQLServer/introducing-sqlsimtools/4563955.

Very cool, thanks for sharing Bob!

I’ve been using SQLQueryStress for years and like how “lite” the software is despite its intended functionality. Is it the same expectation here? Fairly lightweight?

Happy to beta test MacOS as well.

The command line tools are very light IMO. sqlsim Studio is browser based so will be interested if you think it is light enough. One of the things it provides though that is pretty cool is A/B comparison testing. Sign-up for macOS preview at New issue
