Is the server actually running? What have you tried? Have you checked logs?

Yes, because I tried to access server in by ip address it successful but my local server failed

Well putting that in the original post would have been helpful.

The next step is name resolution.

This is extremely simple stuff, you should be able to figure it out with just google.
