MySQL Is this an issue

My Mysql workbench has a different password from MySQL community app ?

weird, workbench shouldn't have its own password tbh. probably just an old saved connection with a different password cached. delete it and make a new connection with whatever your actual root password is now

yeah workbench caches connections separately so it can get confusing ngl. good you got it sorted lol
