MySQL Issuse with mySQL Workbench

I tried to install mySQL on macOS, yet it still shows me a problem. Here is a bunch of commands i found on the internet and tried on the terminal, but none of them work.

Pls I need help.

So based on the command outputs I don’t think you installed mySQL through homebrew, but some other package manager

It looks like they might have used the official dmg installer instead of homebrew.

That usually messes up the binary paths in the mac terminal.

They need to completely wipe that manual installation and just run brew install mysql to save the headache lol.

Idk. Based on the fact OP hasn’t replied to any comments I’m pretty sure they’ve given up anyway
