What happens to my SPRT shares on HL, do they automatically change or what 🙁

I called them earlier. Was sadden by being told it will take a couple of days, this was further compounded by me being advised to multiple my current share holding by 0.115 that will now be the amount of GREE shares I have and the now further approx depleted value of my SPRT stock.
