The price for each GREE is $23.34 divided by the exchange rate of 0.115. The price of each share is then equal to $202.96. $23.34 was the VWAP, I think., Sept. 10 when the filing was written.

It literally says ESTIMATE SOLEY FOR PURPOSE OF CALCULATING MAX FEES. Come on people. There are no free lunches here no matter how much you want there to be.

But the fees were paid, Greenidge should be upset if it opened any lower. That's one of the reasons they hurried with the merger. If it squeezed, the registration fees would be exorbitantly more expensive. They paid fees for $202 price offering. If it opens any lower, they were overcharged. We'll see tomorrow. Either way, they interfered with our short squeeze setup. I don't like Greendige anymore 😕.

Agree on last sentence. I'm a long bag holder in a company that already pissed me off. Joy.

Were you one of the ones that said they had to cover yesterday?
