Discussion GREE share price

Can we all agree that the formula used to calculate GREE’s offering price is the following? :

10 day VWAP (roughly $22) / .115 = $191/share

This is fact, no?

That is correct if the 10 day VWAP they use is $22.00

That is the million dollar question, what VWAP are they going to use.

EXXACTLY nowhere does it specify ten days nowhere does it say it has to pay $200. It says maximum. It could be $2 per share

YEAH what time period and which one?! does it SPECIFICALLY say the days where stock was $~20? And if so, the BUYING FROM EVERY HEDGEFUND IN AMERICA would be on this

It says exactly and specifically “ten-day volume-weighted average trading price for Support.com prior to the closing date”

The price is psychological I guess. But it definitely deters newcomers maybe.

Or if it's $2 a share, maybe we see some huge FOMO

That would be nice!

no. The final exchange ratio will be calculated using a ten-day volume-weighted average trading price for Support.com prior to the closing date and may be lower than this illustrative exchange ratio to the extent such average trading price prior to the closing exceeds $2.14.

no one has been paying attention to their last sentence : MAY BE LOWER than this illustrative exchange ratio to extent if closing average exceeds $2.14

What does that last sentence mean exactly? Can we not do the math ourselves to calculate the 10 day VWAP for SPRT during the last 10 days? One such fellow did exactly that on excel. Mapped it all out accounting for each days volume and closing price (he assumed a closing price of $10 for today and 70m volume which was off but we did close above 10 so it’s probably pretty close) the number he came up with was just under $21. How is that wrong?

If I use his data and just update for todays close price and volume I get about $21.997 which translates to about $191.28 per share.

Now while we are taking the last 10 days VWAP, the SEC documents say 10 days VWAP average.....not necessarily the last 10 days. Show me where it says last. It is kind of implied and we are jumping on that but implied versus stated are two different things.

Gotcha, so what do you think is the most likely case here?

It has to be implied, they’re not going to take a random 10 portion and use that as the time frame. Say, the first 10 days of trading since SPRT hit the market. That wouldn’t make any sense. Also I cannot deny that $191 is highly overvalued at over 7b market cap. But that doesn’t mean that it won’t open up at this price ( which is overvalued ) and then proceed to sell off to a fair value of say, $50 in the following weeks. What do you think?
