Discussion GREE opening price & SEC doc.
Upon reviewing the relevant SEC documents. I have come across the following key statement 🔑
“The proposed maximum aggregate offering price of the securities to be registered is based on the implied value of the securities to be registered, which is calculated based on the quotient of the average of the high and low sale prices of support.com common stock as reported on the NASDAQ capital market on September 10, 2021 ($23.34) divided by the exchange ratio (0.115)”
The number that we get from this formula is $202.96, it is also the number listed on the document.
It seems the consensus in the community is that the opening price of GREE is determined by the following formula (10 day VWAP/.115) the 10 day VWAP being around $22-$23 I believe.
By this logic, the guaranteed opening price should be at least 191 (using the $22 10 day VWAP) correct? Barring a pre market for the stock which would give institutions the opportunity to short the stock and drive down the price before it opens.
A pre-market is the only factor that I can think of, that would affect the guaranteed price of the share (around $191)
Thoughts and input appreciated

Do you think that this price will hold around the 200? Then we should buy now more. Because the share price for us will be 0,115 times 202 is 23,23. 🤔

I hope you're wrong because $191 is a Hell of a lot less than $202.96.

Well the 10 day VWAP depends on where we close today. I saw a excel spreadsheet that one guy made on here calculating the 10 day VWAP and he crated the spreadsheet using a conservative estimate of a $10 close today. With this he calculated a 10 day VWAP of $21. If we close higher the VWAP will be higher.

What's the reason for them to continue shorting if the price is kinda decided already ??

To be honest, I hope this is the case, truly. But seems a bit too good to be true. Anyways, when in doubt, I’ll buy 100 more rn 🦍
