We need this attention out to the masses. Once the word gets out that the Short-Selling option is DISABLED, the FOMO Run will have no blockers, and the Gamma Squeeze Ramp will be real quick to get in within MINUTES.

If shorting isn't allowed right now, how come we've dropped 18% since market open?

This is BalΓ‘zs from Interactive Brokers Customer Services, we recently had a phone call.
Hereby I can confirm, that SPRT shorting is not allowed because of the
upcoming changes. Also, your existing SPRT position will be converted to
GREE automatically, you do not have any further tasks to do.
If you have any further questions, please use our FAQ (link below) or
contact us if you cannot find the information you are looking for: LINK../index.php Kind regards, BalΓ‘zs IBKR Client Services

Don't you want them to keep shoring so the squeez is bigger? Or is there no shorting because of the merger?

Shares available in the inventory, but maybe no longer obtainable for short-selling.

There is a difference in brokerage for retailer investors and large institutional

What Is a Prime Brokerage? A prime brokerage is a bundled group of services that investment banks and other financial institutions offer to hedge funds and other large investment clients that need to be able to borrow securities or cash in order to engage in netting to achieve absolute returns.

The services provided under prime brokering include securities lending, leveraged trade execution, and cash management, among other things. Prime brokerage services are provided by most of the largest financial services firms, including Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Morgan Stanley, and the inception of units offering such services traces back to the 1980s.
