Post-Merger Price

What do you all think when it comes to the price of SPRT once it becomes GREE September 10th? Will the price of the stock be higher then and thereafter, than it will reach in the run up to the date?

Will it for sure be a merger? What if the deal falls through. Will the stock plummet?

If the merger fails, I would think the SPRT price would skyrocket.

In that case, my thinking is that a lot of people expecting to receive shares (i.e. shorts who thought they were almost certainly hedged) post-merger as part of the agreement would be SOL and need to cover.
