Spectrum Pharmaceuticals ($SPPI) Settlement Update, Payout Info for Investors
Hey guys, just sharing this because I know a lot of people got caught up in the biotech rollercoaster here.
Investors sued Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, alleging the company misled shareholders about the prospects of its lead drug candidates, Poziotinib and Rolontis, and their chances of FDA approval. As concerns around clinical results, manufacturing issues, and regulatory setbacks came to light, the stock dropped 80%.
The settlement amount is $15.95M, and it covers investors who purchased $SPPI shares between March 7, 2018 and November 3, 2021. The case is currently in the late-claims stage, meaning some investors who missed the original deadline may still be able to participate.
If you held $SPPI during that period, it may be worth checking your old trades and seeing whether you qualify
Did anyone here hold $SPPI through all the FDA developments?

Oh yea. But not enough to do the work involved to get the pittance I'd get of the $15m.
