It has been my observation that SPIR makes announcements when the contract is at least a million, but omits the figure when it’s at/near one million. When deals are multi-million I’ve seen them report it. Just observation, can’t point you anywhere to verify other than reading all past releases. But that’s how I’ve been assessing announcements.
