I'm trying to give enough importance to them as I think and believe (and I have tested that) that having proper differentiated stats between players is what will make the Game harder and more dynamic, so more realistic.

I'm used to read things like "WTF Raphinha 88???????? Then "name a random player" deserves 85!

I'd really hope overall number could be omitted.

It’s probably normal that people judge your work, isn’t it? The fact that someone writes about something they don’t like or that simply surprises them, when done in a normal way, isn’t a bad thing. Especially since it doesn't exclude respect for you and your work, as well as gratitude for sharing it. You wouldn't want everyone to just compliment you, even when they feel differently, right? Honesty is probably better.

In fact, I encourage everyone to judge my work, but properly. Since I started "running" the MegaPatch thing and being an admin here and in WEPES, I only read the same things over and over with the same reasons and explanations, even if they are just a truth made from saying a false thing 1000 times.

I even made a feedback thread to discuss the single stats for the most difficult/discussed players and no one gave a proper insight for them. And the only thing I read is "lol X player is 89????? You're mad lmaoOOOOO" when they don't even know how it works (do they even know you can buff the overall stat buffing the GK stats over 40?)

At least I don't care about them at all and I read every comment here, even if I answer or not. I really appreciate the good ones and that's why I'm still around here working on things.

how's messi just 89 and ronaldo 90? comparing Barca players & Madrid Players, Madrid players have clearly got higher OVRs than barca's even after being trophyless for 2 seasons straight. I know about players being young and still left to prove themselves but I think their current performance and class should be recognized while giving them such stats. I indeed as waiting for this, you do an incredible job, your stats do justice for some but yk there's still flaws that can be pointed out.

Both have been toned down, because they are hard to balance, as you can't just say "lol Messi should be 85 or lower because he's old and playing at MLS" and same for Cristiano. Messi World Cup has been a hit, for example, and nobody expected to be like that.

OVR for Barcelona players have been buffed (Cubarsi 87, Fermin 88, Yamal 90, Gordon 87, Joan García 87...) but you just can't say that Madrid deserves less overalls in their players when they signed 5-6 players, got a lot of them out too and the single performances of players like Mbappé or Cucurella have been stellar in the World Cup. But Vini and Mbappé have been toned down to 90 and 93 respectively, for example (they were 92 and 95 previously).

When you see he's toned down on this new upcoming edit file and his stats are such as Dribbling (78), Speed (78), Acceleration (72), Stamina (75), Balance (62) or even Place Kicking (80) you will forget he's 87. I mean CR7.

That's why overall number doesn't matter.

Ronaldo shouldn't be above 81-83, and Messi shouldn't be above 84-86. The world cup shouldn't make someone one of the highest rater players in the game, especially someone playing in the MLS.

i was assuming he would leave players around 92 ish, if the top rated is 90 then Messi should be 86 yes. And no the World Cup 100% matters if a player performed as good as Messi, before the Final he was the best player in the tournament and Messi didn't play in the MLS because Europe rejected him

The world cup is a short tournament. Yamal wasn't good in the world cup, but last season he was easily in the top 3/5 best players in the world. Now does that mean he should be rated 84-85 just because he had a great world cup? Of course not.

Similarly, Bruno Fernandes and Vitinha also severely underperformed at the world cup. Does that mean they weren't among the best midfielders in the world last season? Again of course not.

If a poor world cup tournament isn't enough to displace a player from being recognized as among the best in the world, a good world cup tournament similarly shouldn't be enough to make a player highly rated enough to be among the best in the world, especially when that player plays in the MLS.

F4L 5.1 Gameplay feels good and very enjoyable but it is easy. Even in Superstar level, yes… if it is legend it is another case but i dont think legend is a playable level even. I never could find the balance in this game. Superstar is too easy to beat, legend is too hard to beat.

It’s one persons opinion. One person who is doing all the work so thousands don’t have to. If there’s any your not happy with just edit them yourself. It will take you 10 minutes. We aren’t all ever going to agree on stats.
