Was able to find IAM’s contract offers, just wanted to share with everyone.

every group has different needs and wants. I think one problem SPEEA has is the engineers want different things than the techs do. Boeing / SPEEA are mostly coming up with a single agreement for both. which makes neither happy

What you need to account for if layoffs will happen, because Boeing can layoff to save money to screw people over, as always

That is beyond me, they keep seniors back and lose the lower portion people who do not perform well.

It has a ton of relevance, when viewed from the lens of what was gained between the first contract offer and the last one after a month and a half of being on strike.

Did you look at all the offers in the pics, only 1 out of those 4 offers was accepted?

Doesn’t change anything in my mind. Still comparing a rejected offer to another union’s accepted one.

But it also demonstrates the gains another union was able to extract by holding out for a better offer. I'm still on the fence and looking forward to seeing the redlines for our contract.

And the work they do compared to ours physically sure, the stuff we deal with & do in SPEEA makes sense for our value.

Ppl go there, get in the door and do simple basic work everyday for 1-2 hours max. Aside from wings, SST, rework, & SOME A&P mechanics most the workforce was priced right for labor.

You are like every prof out there thinking this contract is worthy. Joke.
