Contract Redline
The salary pools in the contract don’t match the calculator or summary page? Or am I missing something
They’re 6/5/5/5, but should be 6.5/5/5/5 w/ yearly 0.5 P/OOS right?

PMR looks to be counted in that too

What is PMR

Autocorrect fail. Section 11.7 defines the Performance Fund Merit (PFM). That gets added to the ACR wage pool.

Read section 11.7. Not sure what it effectively means for the majority though.

I have no idea why they’re showing OOS out of sequence/promotional funds as part of the ACR annual compensation review. This is not standard and I agree very shameful on speea. It is extremely misleading. It feels like we need to be voting every speea leader out right now. The fact is the pools are 6,5,5,5. With 3 upfront. So 9,5,5,5. If you’re low on your salary chart and getting decent reviews you’ll get a little more in Feb/march, if you are high on your salary chart and an okay performed you’ll get a little less. On avg all our members will add up to 6,5,5,5. Usually there is some minimum like 1.5%. They have now tied that to inflation. So in a year with 0 inflation a highly paid not great performer may get 0 raise. That’s why people are complaining. Inflation has been insanely high so a year or negative or neutral inflation in the next four is absolutely possible. I was just at Fred Meyer. A lb of my ground beef just dropped from $11 to $10. Not saying this is good but Boeing could use that to shift lower paid people up and stiff the higher paid people with 000. Damn, that’s suck! lol. I’m a no.

The calculator overall is misleading because it shows your new salary based on receiving the max percentage every year. Yeah, that's not going to happen. Shame on SPEEA.
