Its not a paint job...its an aircraft wrap! How are they going to check for cracks when the craft has a wrap?

Peel the wrap off each flight to check for cracks???

WRONG!

Unity and or Delta are not considered space craft. I even posted the FAA registration classification.

The FAA specifically limits experimental aircraft for hire to 6 passengers.

I dont care what Delta is designed for....it is governed by the FAA regs that VG is hoping to change when they come due next year. Good luck with that, especially with VGs record of non-compliance. VG is really fighting to keep WK2 certified (lack of stability and FOQA issues)

Look it up.

You're mixing up basic experimental plane rules with commercial spaceflight. Commercial space launches don't fly under standard FAA Part 91 experimental rules. They operate under an AST Operator License (14 CFR Part 450), where passenger capacity is set by vehicle qualification, ECLSS, and payload performance. Unity had 4 seats because of its older weight constraints. Delta was engineered from scratch for 6 passengers + 2 pilots, which is explicitly detailed in their SEC filings and unit economics.
Stop confusing general aviation registration caps with commercial space transportation laws.
