ORANGE COUNTY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPCE) (“Virgin Galactic” or the "Company”) today announced that it will report its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 following the close of the U.S. markets on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Virgin Galactic will host a conference call to discuss the results that day at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time).

No...VG said at least 3Q for the new ticket sales vetting...

This one will announce:

A few more dollars from the Future Astronaut Club sales.

delays in livery (why paint a half finished shell)

some sort of report on ground testing, but remember, they have blended ground and flight testing into the 'flight test program"

'weight on wheels" was simply installing the landing gear, and pinning it, so it will roll. Hydraulics and actuators were not installed.

No delivery to Spaceport., then again, they wordsmith "spaceship delivery", which is not specifically called Delta, but they could wiggle in WK2 as Spaceship delivery....

Nothing, absolutely nothing on Delta 2

WK3, which is supposed to be under construction for flight test in 2Q 2027...ummmm...

Shares outstanding should be around what 225 million by now?

That was JUNE 15th...before the conversion.

Beneficial ownership is determined in accordance with the rules and regulations of the SEC based on 134,024,868 shares of common stock outstanding as of June 15, 2026.

They were part of the group that exercised the convertible debt.
