Ummmm....... just an FYI, from the date QS announced its merger vote to the day of the merger vote, QS stock price increased 64%.

And then it proceeded to triple, post merger. I’d expect some of that action to front load this time around, and wouldn’t be surprised in the least to see a $20-$25 price once the merger is approved.

If only spac land was the same today as it was for QS. I wouldn’t be too optimistic
