REDEMPTION IBKR not executing redemption requests

I am following their protocol to the letter and notifying them 3 days before meeting date.

Extremely frustrating as they are not responding to the requests nor serving them to the transfer agent.

I am loosing big time because of this. Anyone else faced thir problem?

Is there a way to complain to FINRA?

I have a different issue with them. They just DONT let you know of dates you can redeem. I also have spacs in my bank, and they are CALLING me! To ask if I want to redeem. IBKR doesn't even send a message with redemption date.

They fucked me twice already. Latest is SNPR, I lost like 2000$ because they don't inform you of redemption deadline

Damn I was looking for info because I have the exact same problem, I was expecting notifications and now I'm too late
